HomeConstitution & Guidelines

The following documents govern and guide the management of the ATAA. The ATAA is a not-for-profit association incorporated as a Company under the Australian Corporations Act. It is limited by guarantee and has permission to drop the word "Limited" from the association name. The Constitution, among other things, sets out the method of electing Directors to the Board. The Board is responsible to oversee the management of the Association.
